Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WCT+, the streaming service of World Chase Tag®. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them.
1. The service
WCT+ gives you access to a library of World Chase Tag® video, live broadcasts and related content. Free content is available to everyone; premium content requires an active membership.
2. Your account
You must be 16 or older, give accurate details, and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Personal, non-commercial use
A consumer membership is for personal, household use only, on up to two simultaneous streams. Showing WCT+ in a bar, gym, club, venue or to the public, or for any commercial purpose, requires a separate venue licence. Contact us to arrange one.
4. Membership and billing
Memberships renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Prices include VAT where applicable. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
5. Content and rights
All video, images, marks and text are owned by or licensed to World Chase Tag® and its partners. You may stream content for personal viewing only. Recording, downloading, redistributing, or circumventing any access control is prohibited.
6. Acceptable use
Do not share account credentials, use bots or scrapers, post abusive content in live chat, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Availability
We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee it. Live events may be delayed, interrupted or rescheduled for reasons beyond our control.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
