Refund Policy

Straightforward rules for memberships, gifts and merch.
1. Cancelling
Cancel any time from your account. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
2. 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you can withdraw from a new membership within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not started streaming premium content. By starting to watch you ask us to begin the service immediately and accept that the right of withdrawal then lapses for that period.
3. Faults on our side
If a premium live event you paid to watch is not delivered, or the service is unavailable for a prolonged period, contact us within 30 days and we will refund or credit that period.
4. Renewals
Renewal charges are not refundable once the new period has started, except where the law says otherwise. Set a reminder or cancel before the renewal date if you do not want to continue.
5. Gifts and codes
Gift memberships are refundable to the purchaser within 14 days if the code has not been redeemed. Promo codes have no cash value.
6. Merch
Merch is sold by the E-VADR store; its returns policy applies. Unworn items can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days.
7. How to ask
Use the Contact page with the email on your account and the date of the charge. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
