Section 1
What we accept
One test: does it revolve around Chase Tag®? If a fan of the sport would learn something, feel something or want to train after watching, it belongs here.
- Matches, tournaments, friendlies and qualifiers, sanctioned or not, as long as it is Chase Tag®.
- Training: drills, sessions, technique breakdowns, warm-ups, programmes.
- Gyms and venues: tours, open sessions, community nights, kids' and academy classes.
- Athletes and teams: vlogs, diaries, road-to-Worlds series, interviews, tactical breakdowns of your own matches.
- Stories and documentaries about people, places and moments in the sport.
- Education: rules, scoring, timing, refereeing, coaching, event organisation.
- Sponsor and brand films with real Chase Tag® substance: making-of, athlete stories, product in action on the Quad.
Section 2
What we decline
- Content that is not about Chase Tag®, or where the sport is a thin excuse for something else.
- Footage you do not own or have not cleared: other people's video, broadcast feeds, music without a licence, athletes who did not agree to appear.
- Re-uploads or re-edits of World Chase Tag® broadcast footage without a written agreement with us.
- Anything that encourages trespassing, unsafe stunts or dangerous behaviour by others, or shows minors without a guardian's consent.
- Hate, harassment, discrimination or attacks on athletes, teams, referees or fans.
- Pure advertising with no Chase Tag® substance, undisclosed paid placements, or gambling and betting promotion.
- Fabricated, staged-as-real or AI-generated footage presented as genuine competition.
- Vertical, watermarked or platform-branded rips (TikTok, Reels, Shorts exports). Send the original.
Borderline? Submit it anyway and say so in the description. We would rather talk than have you guess.
Section 3
Quality and format
| Aspect ratio | 16:9 landscape. Vertical or square is declined. |
|---|---|
| Resolution | 1080p minimum. 4K welcome and preferred for documentaries and full events. |
| Frame rate | 25, 30, 50 or 60 fps, constant. Match your source, do not upscale or re-time. |
| Codec and file | MP4 (H.264 or H.265), 8 to 20 Mbps for 1080p, 35 to 60 Mbps for 4K. Or a YouTube, Vimeo, Drive or Dropbox link. |
| Audio | Stereo AAC, clean and levelled (about -16 LUFS). No clipping, no wind roar over commentary. |
| Captions | Optional but valued: an SRT file in English. Non-English content needs English subtitles. |
| Thumbnail | 1280x720 or larger, landscape, an action frame with faces fully in frame (tight headshots get cropped on cards). |
| Watermarks | No burned-in logos of other platforms. A small partner logo bug is fine. |
We do not re-edit your film. We may trim dead air at the head and tail, add the WCT+ ident, and generate the streaming renditions. Colour, sound and cut are yours.
Section 4
Duration
| Clips and highlights | 1 to 4 minutes |
|---|---|
| Features, tours, breakdowns | 8 to 25 minutes (the sweet spot for watch time) |
| Series episodes | 10 to 20 minutes, consistent length across the season |
| Documentaries | 25 to 90 minutes |
| Full events and matches | Up to 3 hours; we may split by match or session |
| Under 60 seconds | Belongs on social. We will happily share it there instead. |
There is no hard maximum. Long content performs when it is structured: chapters, a clear cold open, and a reason to keep watching at the 30-second mark.
Section 5
Titles, thumbnails and metadata
- Title formula: who, what, stakes. Fakaw Paris: Road to Worlds, Episode 1 beats EP1 (must watch!!!). Sentence case, no clickbait that the video does not pay off.
- Description: one or two sentences that tell a stranger why to press play. Name the athletes, teams and event.
- Write Chase Tag® and World Chase Tag® with the ® on first mention in titles and descriptions. It is a registered trademark.
- Thumbnail: a real frame from the film, landscape, faces fully visible, no text needed (the card adds your title). We will crop it to 16:9 on cards.
- Language: English, or English subtitles. Spoken French, Spanish, Chinese and Japanese are welcome with subtitles.
Section 6
Brand and trademarks
- Say "now on WCT+", "WCT+ Partner" and link to your partner page.
- Use your own team, gym or brand identity freely in your content.
- Use the World Chase Tag® logo or the WCT+ mark as if it were yours, or in a way that implies we made or endorsed the film.
- Call yourself an official partner unless your partner page shows the Official badge.
- Rebrand, re-edit or re-voice World Chase Tag® broadcast footage.
Section 7
Rights and licence
- You keep ownership. Submitting does not transfer copyright. You can publish the same film on your own channels.
- You grant WCT+ a licence. Non-exclusive, worldwide, for as long as the title is on the platform: to host, encode, stream, subtitle, and promote it (clips, stills, thumbnails, social posts, the 24/7 channel for free titles).
- You warrant you have the rights. Footage, music, graphics, and appearance permission from every identifiable person, with guardian consent for anyone under 18. You cover any claim that says otherwise.
- Withdrawal. Email us and we take a title down within 30 days, sooner for rights or safety issues. Titles filmed under a WCT accreditation follow the terms of that accreditation.
- Removal. We can unpublish anything that turns out to breach these guidelines, the law, or a third party's rights, and we honour valid takedown notices.
Section 8
Free, members-only and revenue share
Free
Anyone can watch, no login. Best for reach. You get attribution on every card, a partner page, a link back, and a place in the free 24/7 channel rotation.
Members-only
Behind the WCT+ paywall. Revenue-shared on watch time, under a short partner agreement with monthly reporting. Best for series, documentaries and premium training.
- You choose per title, and you can change your mind after launch.
- Sponsors inside your film must be disclosed in the description. Some categories are exclusive to official WCT partners; we will tell you before publishing if one applies.
- No fee to submit or to be hosted.
Section 9
Review and publishing
- You submit a link and a description through the form.
- We reply within 7 days: accepted, accepted with changes, or declined with a reason.
- You send the final file and thumbnail (or we pull from your link).
- We schedule a premiere date, add it to your partner page and the relevant rows, and tell you when it goes live.
- Views and watch time are available on request; members-only titles get monthly reporting.
Questions before you submit: partners@worldchasetag.com.
Section 10
Conduct and safety
The World Chase Tag® Code of Conduct applies to partner content as it does to athletes and events: respect for opponents, referees and fans, no discrimination, and no glorifying injury. Show the sport being done well, with warm-ups, spotting and appropriate surfaces where it matters. If a film shows an accident, it needs context, consent, and a reason to exist.
Section 11
Terms
These guidelines form part of the WCT+ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Members-only titles are also covered by a separate partner agreement. We update these guidelines from time to time; the date at the top is the version that applies. Nothing here creates an employment or agency relationship.
