How it works
20 seconds
One chaser, one evader, 20 seconds on the clock. Survive it and the evader scores.
The tag
A clean tag before the clock ends and the chaser scores. Feet, hands, anything counts.
The Quad
A 12 m by 12 m obstacle arena. Rails, walls, gaps, and no easy lines.
The match
Teams alternate chaser and evader. Most points after the final chase wins.
The league
Teams from more than a dozen countries compete through qualifiers, national championships and the World Championships. Broadcast in 37+ countries.
